Design a custom itinerary of activities in and around the sweeping 840 acre estate of formal gardens, peaceful forests and rolling parklands. Launched in December 2020, the Padel Club activities center offers our guests a wide range of invigorating and restorative activities to explore, such as padel, sports simulation games, pilates, yoga and barre classes, personal training and gym work-out sessions and our new 17-metre swimming pool. Falconry, archery, gun dog displays, clay pigeon shooting, fishing and more are all conducted within our grounds, with further adventures such as horseback riding and shooting available within a short drive of the Manor House. Golfers will be tempted by the prospect of a perfect round on the resort's Tom Fazio designed championship golf course, which is Host to the Ryder Cup 2027.
Adare Manor boasts the only 111Skin spa in Ireland, as well as a relaxation, manicure and pedicure room, an elegant private cinema and boardroom. Fine dining and world-class libations across the resort's many restaurants, lounges and bars offer something to tempt every palate; including the Michelin star Oak Room restaurant, The Carriage House grill and indulgent Afternoon Tea.

The Oakroom
Our Michelin star restaurant, The Oak Room at Adare Manor welcomes you to a showcase of the best produce from our travels around the four corners of this island. Head Chef Michael Tweedie and his team cook with restraint and according to the seasons in one of the most magical settings in Ireland. We work closely with our family of producers who we celebrate at the heart of our polished and relaxed dining experience. Open Wednesday to Sunday.
The Drawing Room
Overlooking the formal gardens, flooded with natural daylight, radiating warmth and exquisite style, The Drawing Room is the ideal spot for a tranquil interlude. From 9am guests can take their morning coffee by the vast windows, drop in for light meals and refreshments until 5pm, and sip a flute of champagne beneath the ornate gilded ceiling with an evening meal. The dress code is semi-casual in the daytime, transitioning to smart casual in the evening, when The Drawing Room provides a graceful setting for cocktails and sparkling conversations.
The Tack Room
A sophisticated retreat for lovers of fine spirits and companionable conversation, The Tack Room is a haven of welcome and warmth. Delicious food, great company and a legendary collection of the world's finest libations come together to create an extraordinary atmosphere. A drink by the fireside or at the timeless green marble bar is the perfect end to an evening at Adare Manor, although when the drinks and conversations are flowing, a visit to The Tack Room can easily stretch into the wee small hours.
The Gallery
The Gallery simply has to be seen, to be believed. Inspired by the great Hall of Mirrors in Versailles, the Gallery is 132 feet long and 26.5 feet high. While 17th century Flemish choir stalls tower magnificently over all who pass beneath them, the walls are beautifully decorated with hand-carved biblical scenes, situated opposite enormous open marble fireplaces. This magnificent room is home to the grandest breakfast and afternoon tea room in Ireland. Perfectly cut sandwiches, an extensive selection of blended and first flush teas and the most delectable hand-made pastries and scones, all presented to perfection by a team of dedicated waiters, make our famed Afternoon Tea a truly exquisite occasion.
The Carriage House Restaurant
The Carriage House Restaurant experience centers around exceptional food and impeccable service in a stylishly relaxed atmosphere.
Michelin Plate award-winner. Chef De Cuisine, Michael Deg and his team have created an exciting menu featuring artisan ingredients sourced from across Ireland. Locally farmed produce, fresh seafood, and Irish dry-aged beef take center stage in exquisitely prepared dishes designed to delight.
The dress code is smart casual.
The Carriage House Terrace
A relaxed breakfast menu is served Friday-Sunday, while lunch and light dining options are available each afternoon. Fresh local produces takes centre stage, and the heart of the space is the show-kitchen, where guests can watch the chefs prepare each perfect dish. Refined salads and sandwiches, and gourmet pizzas have a wide appeal for guests looking for casual mid-afternoon refreshment.
The Carriage House Bar
The bar is a wonderful gathering place where guests can enjoy light bites, bar snacks and a remarkable collection of fine wines, craft beers, and sophisticated cocktails. The atmosphere is smart, lively, and relaxed.
